!!! AVOID THIS GARAGE !!!
Very bad experience. We left our Kangoo at this garage over two months ago. The mechanic charged us over €450 for a repair he said had been done, even though the vehicle wasn't repaired. After paying, we picked up the car, found the problem was still there, and brought it back immediately.
Since then, the same scenario has repeated itself every week: "It will be ready next week." In the end, nothing is done. Today, after two months, he explains that he hasn't even had time to look at it.
Even worse: they claim the car won't start and that we can't get it back. I clearly express my dissatisfaction, and as if by magic, it starts immediately. This kind of behavior clearly gives the impression that they are making a mockery of us.
A complete lack of seriousness, honesty, and professionalism.
We are very unhappy and we will never return.

The service was appalling and aggressive. I had an appointment for my vehicle and still hadn't received a diagnosis by 2 PM.
Shameful.
I will not be returning to this garage.
Apparently, this gentleman is overwhelmed.
