I made an appointment after a first visit during which the sound problem in my new vehicle couldn't be resolved. The manager advised me to leave my car for several days for investigation, which I did. During this second visit, I received a text message after barely two days informing me that my car was ready. When I came to pick it up, the receptionist told me they didn't know what more they could do than a software update, an update that had already been attempted unsuccessfully during the first appointment, before telling me they couldn't do anything further. My vehicle is under warranty, with a sound defect, but the repair department prefers not to deal with it, leaving me without a solution.
Quite honestly, I now regret buying from this dealership.

We picked up a Mercedes A-Class on October 28, 2025.
The sale by Sébastien, Tom, and Emilie went very smoothly. The service was excellent, including the explanations. A very good dealership. I recommend them.
