Very disappointed. He said he tried the vehicle to find a fault, but it had exactly the same number of kilometers on it when I picked it up as when I left it. He didn't do a single km test to find the fault, and I paid 95 euros for nothing. They really take us for idiots. I'm giving it 1 star because you can't give it less.

Review: Distrust - Unnecessary services offered.
I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent visit to this garage. I had booked an appointment for a service on my vehicle, which went as planned. However, during the feedback, I was strongly advised to replace several additional parts (the battery due to a leak and the front brake pads due to wear). I agreed to the battery replacement, but not the brake pads. After my own visual inspection and the opinion of another professional, the brake pads required no immediate intervention. I therefore wonder if the battery really needed replacing, especially for a vehicle less than 3 years old. I have doubts about the billing for this service.
I felt like they were trying to charge me for unnecessary repairs, which is unacceptable. I would not recommend this garage to anyone looking for honest and transparent service. It is essential to seek a second opinion if you are presented with a list of unexpected work.

The staff were pleasant and the work was fairly quick. However, the final bill for a minor repair was exorbitant (€375 for a front wiper motor), and almost €200 for the diagnostic... it seems a bit excessive. On the other hand, the labor cost was reasonable. They don't accept checks and didn't offer any payment plans, which I find disappointing for a garage.

A huge thank you to the Renault FERREIRA garage in Chelles for their professionalism and efficiency! My car was repaired quickly, despite the initial unavailability of parts. The team was welcoming, competent, and attentive.
Similarly, Renault's customer service was impeccable and very efficient. In general, they stand out for their high level of expertise and professionalism.
I highly recommend this garage and the Renault brand to anyone looking for quality service.
