Excellent Garage. When I see that it takes 6 months to consult a medical specialist, the boss always has a slot to repair or service your vehicle the following week and all this at the fairest price without hassle or scams... here is a true specialist and passionate about this tough job where it is sometimes harder to manage customers than cars! The service was supposedly completed, but unfortunately, my exhaust pipe fell off two days later... Yet the noise coming from the undercarriage was obvious, and I had reported it to the manager and the mechanic. Imagine that!
To confirm that I'd been completely ripped off, I called for an explanation in the following days: they didn't call me back (go figure!), and then when I finally got through to the manager, he explained, without a shred of remorse, that he couldn't so easily tell a customer to replace parts (so as not to appear to be taking advantage of the situation, well, you know). Excuse me?! As far as I'm concerned, I'd rather replace an obviously defective part after the service, which seems to me to be the whole point of the operation, than have my exhaust pipe break off in the middle of the highway, for example. Wouldn't you?
I think they took me for a fool. Okay, my name is Kevin, but still!
Paying for the "extra quality" Citroën-branded upgrade (€171 instead of €110-120) for such shoddy work is pointless. Just walk away.
