Ricardo was understanding and made my car being service asap despite all the discrepancies it got goin’ on. My experience was amazing even though the cost wasn’t a light issue.

... bad experience... 2 days lost to change rear brake pads, issue solved in only 48 min in the 2nd day... 1st day my car was blocked all day in service for it, but at the end of the day they ordered different codes for brake pads... no message, no phone call from them... paid 2 Ubers (leaving and returning) for no result at the end of the day... second day i waited on site for 4 hours for an operation that lasted only 48 min... not sure if i will be able to find reasons to return here in the future... very dissapointed for this experience...
