The Renault garage added unnecessary repair items.
Result: passed the re-inspection without any problems.

The handling of the expert's report, including the repairs my vehicle required and the expert's assessment, was seamless. The loan of a courtesy car was also excellent, and the repairs were of high quality. The vehicle was returned to the client clean, which was a nice touch.
