We encountered several difficulties with the breakdown of our vehicle (which we didn't purchase from this garage), and of the 10 Peugeot garages we contacted, this was the only one to handle our situation quickly and efficiently. The reception team, especially the person you'll meet directly at reception and/or on the phone, was exceptionally efficient. They quickly sent an email, followed up with a call to expedite the process, and did everything they could to ensure our insurance company would cover the claim, even after battling with them on the phone.
We received our vehicle back when we returned from vacation. Exemplary service that even won over our four-legged friend!

Hello,
Pleasant and friendly welcome. The mechanics are attentive and responsive to the work to be done. They answer calls and take the time to explain the diagnosis, repairs, etc., with professionalism.
I recommend them because I (as a woman) didn't feel ripped off, either on the invoice or the repairs.
As for payment, I can pay in up to four installments, with no fees. That's good for large bills.
