Small garage, good at replacing wear parts like tires, brake pads, filters, oil changes, etc. They don't have the parts or skills for major troubleshooting and repairs.
I brought my car in because of a clogged strainer and coolant water system. They only looked at one issue and asked me to take my vehicle to another garage.

Top garage! I brought my 3008 there for an engine light problem + loss of power last week. The breakdown occurred while I was visiting my parents in the Paris region (I live in the Var). I called several garages urgently, all of which gave me several weeks to diagnose the problem. Garage Méca graciously agreed to give me priority and offered to help me out immediately. It was an air flow meter problem and in less than 2 days I was able to get my vehicle back repaired. Thank you again for your speed, kindness and expertise!

I had an appointment at 8:30 this morning. I went to reception and the person told me they couldn't take me because their workshop manager was sick. (Okay, fine, these things happen.) It's not a big deal. But there's another mechanic in the shop.
Yes, but we can't take you.
Yes, but I have an appointment.
So, the polite thing to do is call customers and let them know. Simple as that.
