I completely agree with the positive reviews. I have absolutely no regrets about taking my car to them. This garage is very honest. They quoted me a price that turned out to be lower; they could have easily taken advantage of that, but they didn't.
The owner was also very accommodating regarding the timeframe. I truly have no regrets and highly recommend this garage. Friendly, kind, honest, professional—absolutely nothing to complain about!

Disrespectful.
They treat customers like children, they tell tall tales. A manager who wasn't even there told us one thing on the phone, then the opposite to the mechanics, so the problem remained unresolved.
Given the inconsistencies, the mechanics suggested the manager call us back, but he never did. There was a loud, unmistakable noise from the suspension, but he didn't hear a thing. Regarding the engine problem, they "THINK it's coming from... (estimate €1700) and if it's something else, we'll have to come back."

The appointment was in my husband's name. Your secretary must have told you that she didn't have the same conversations with you as you did with my husband, and she told me you would call us back.
You have time to throw ridiculous threats at your clients but not to call them back to find out why there was conflicting information between your clients and your employees. And this information was given to you over the phone.

Indeed, my experience went very well. They provided me with the correct information and carried out the repairs quickly.
The secretaries are very kind and the prices quoted are respected.

Perfect! A thorough job on the urea tank and other repairs, with clear and precise explanations. A good diagnosis was made right from the start.
