My first experience at Mercedes Cholet was buying a used GLA. Looking to change vehicles, I contacted my former salesperson, now working at Mercedes in Cholet. Excellent communication; he wasn't pushy about models or options. Good trade-in value and a great purchase. A minor issue with a seal on the 85 (Vendée 85) was immediately addressed. A very friendly salesperson whom I highly recommend. His name is Nathan.

Disappointing!! This is my second review. The first, which accurately reflected my real and factual experience, prompted multiple calls from management threatening me with legal action. I was made to understand quite clearly that my freedom to express my experience as a customer was not welcome here. It's worrying to see a Mercedes dealership put more energy into silencing a dissatisfied customer than into properly preparing its vehicles. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership, expecting a level of service worthy of the Mercedes network. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by numerous breaches of the commitments made during the sale. From the moment of delivery, several problems were discovered, contradicting the salesperson's promises: The vehicle inspection report was not provided, and I had to request it afterward. (With defects that hadn't been repaired!) The driver's seat repair that I had reported had not been carried out. (Salesperson's promise) The hybrid battery report, promised on the day of delivery, was only sent a week later. Incorrect information was provided regarding the extended warranty (battery coverage) and financing (immediate prepayment not possible). In addition to these major issues, there were problems with the vehicle preparation, such as a faulty key, incorrect tire pressure, and a non-functional Mercedes app. Living 400 km from the dealership, I regret that the distance seems to have been a factor in the delivery of a vehicle that did not meet the written and verbal commitments. Faced with the accumulation of errors and broken promises, I have lost all confidence. I was forced to contact my legal protection insurance to initiate proceedings to return the vehicle and request a refund. Based on my current experience, I do not recommend this dealership for purchasing used vehicles. If you are considering a purchase, it is crucial to insist that all commitments be formalized in writing and not to rely on any undocumented verbal agreements. This experience is frustrating and does not meet the expected standards of a Mercedes dealership!

Having owned my vehicle for 10 years, I had the famous Takata airbag recall. My vehicle is stuck with them, and they won't give it back to me unless I change my steering wheel because, according to them, it's not original, even though it was fitted at the dealership when I bought the vehicle in Germany. My vehicle has been stuck for 3 weeks, and they can't lend me a vehicle. I appealed to Mercedes France to replace the airbag 15 days ago, and since then, there has been no sound or pictures from them. Very, very disappointed with the service.
