Our car couldn't start, we thought our battery died. We jump started the car the next morning and I went to this garage 8.30am, recommended by the camping. He stopped his other work, measured the power, replaced the battery which he had on stock and measured again showing he fixed the problem. He fixed it in 20 min. which was 15 euro in man hours and I was more than happy to pay for it!

We had an issue with a screw in our tyre. It was just a repair that was needed rather than a new tyre but I was concerned my poor French would make it difficult.
The issue was resolved really quickly and surprisingly cheaply. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest anyone with car trouble in the area go there

I'd like to thank Maître Martelet for being really helpful last week. I popped in a few minutes before closure with an awkward problem with my car electronics. He came with me to the car and spend an hour looking for the problem. Eventually he found it and could solve it without changing any parts. Hence he didn't charge anything and refused my attempt to pay something.

The garage's exterior looks completely neglected, when it could be enhanced with a truly vintage feel. I was particularly put off by the reception: while I needed a quick fix and was in a desperate situation due to a mechanical problem that prevented me from continuing my journey, Mr. Martelet informed me that he was busy changing winter tires and couldn't do anything for me. A particularly disappointing experience: absolutely no sense of customer service.

Avoid at all costs! We contacted him for a tow after a breakdown, and he was extremely aggressive, responding arrogantly to every question. I told him to stop immediately and leave!
