It's a shame we can't give zero stars! My car has broken down again for the second time in less than two months, despite two control unit replacements and 24 days of downtime for testing, and supposedly 500 km driven.
Upon restarting the car, a new noise immediately appeared when cornering, a problem I'd never experienced before, and I reported it. Today, the car broke down again, and the garage is blaming me. They told me the problem stems from my driving, which I find very surprising. I'm disappointed with the quality of the after-sales service and the lack of attention to my feedback, which I find unacceptable.
The unreliable repairs and the garage's attitude are very disappointing. Avoid at all costs.

I came in for a fender bender, and the mechanic kindly agreed to take the vehicle in the following week for a same-day repair. He was careful not to overcharge me, and I ended up paying seven times less than the dealership was asking.
I really appreciated his availability despite a busy schedule and his honesty. We wish all mechanics were like him! Thank you so much, and congratulations again for your work!

Avoid at all costs! It took a week to replace a driveshaft pin, and to top it off, rodents in the garage had a field day in my engine, scattering pieces of soundproofing carpet everywhere. Plus, there was an abnormal engine noise when I picked up my car. This Renault garage in Petit-Clamart, of course, is refusing all responsibility! It's a Renault 21 2L turbo, a car I'm very attached to. I never leave negative reviews, but this is truly unacceptable.
