I've been a customer of this garage (formerly Vargas Auto) for 15 years, with my car under warranty and "all-inclusive" maintenance. They forgot to perform the recall for a known Renault electrical fault (gearbox seal and battery cover switch)... After having my car towed to another garage, another warning light came on: "Check emissions control system." Arriving at 5:30 PM, the manager told me I needed to make an appointment... practically telling me to go somewhere else... I left at another Renault garage, and they took my car in at 5:45 PM and checked the data. Problem solved. In short, the manager isn't a car mechanic, and the annual maintenance is limited to checking the windshield wipers... However, the receptionist is fantastic; she's there to really help you (Thank you, Madam).

It's always been a pleasure going to this garage, and for the past year and a half I've been doing this: the staff go out of their way to meet my needs for my Duster. I have absolutely no complaints about the care they give my car.
And now that Renault offers a check-up service to anticipate parts replacements, it's fantastic because I like to feel safe in my car.

Extremely professional and attentive! In the middle of summer, my mother's car broke down... Despite being very close to their holidays and extremely busy, they agreed to take care of us. The diagnosis was immediate and very accurate. A welcoming, caring, and competent team from start to finish... from the receptionist to the workshop staff, from the workshop manager to the supervisor, both on the phone and in person. Such wonderful qualities are so rare these days! A huge thank you again to you all.
