It's always been a pleasure going to this garage, and for the past year and a half I've been doing this: the staff go out of their way to meet my needs for my Duster. I have absolutely no complaints about the care they give my car.
And now that Renault offers a check-up service to anticipate parts replacements, it's fantastic because I like to feel safe in my car.

I've been a customer of this garage (formerly Vargas Auto) for 15 years, with my car under warranty and "all-inclusive" maintenance. They forgot to perform the recall for a known Renault electrical fault (gearbox seal and battery cover switch)... After having my car towed to another garage, another warning light came on: "Check emissions control system." Arriving at 5:30 PM, the manager told me I needed to make an appointment... practically telling me to go somewhere else... I left at another Renault garage, and they took my car in at 5:45 PM and checked the data. Problem solved. In short, the manager isn't a car mechanic, and the annual maintenance is limited to checking the windshield wipers... However, the receptionist is fantastic; she's there to really help you (Thank you, Madam).

Very professional and attentive! In the middle of summer, my mother broke down... Although they were very close to their vacation and with a lot of work, they agreed to take us in. Immediate and very good diagnosis. A welcoming, caring, competent team from A to Z... from the secretary to the workshop, from the workshop manager to the manager, on the phone and in person. Beautiful qualities and so rare these days! A BIG thank you again to all of you.

Perfect welcome, I came for a service. They took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions clearly, which was very pleasant because I had been to other garages before choosing this one where the welcome was more than limited.
The work was done neatly and on time.
I recommend and will come back.
