I took my car in for a general service at the end of 2025. I paid a considerable sum. They then told me my rear tires needed replacing. So I had them replaced, again for a considerable amount. Next, they told me there was a problem with the AdBlue injector. So I had the AdBlue injector replaced, again for a considerable amount. They scheduled me for a Saturday morning, but they had forgotten to order the parts, so we rescheduled. I won't go into the AdBlue problems that arose during these repairs, the fact that they had to refill the AdBlue tank twice in two months, and the minor inconveniences, like the feeling that each repair led to another. Then they told me the front tires needed replacing. So I had the front tires replaced, again for a considerable amount. And there I was, simply asking to have six light bulbs changed that I'd already bought, and of course, they refused to schedule an appointment because the manager wouldn't approve changing bulbs purchased by the customer themselves. The moral of the story is simple: when it comes to spending a significant amount of money, you can make an appointment, no problem. But when it comes to getting a little help to change six bulbs, suddenly no one's around. No reward for customer loyalty, no business acumen whatsoever, since the explanation for the refusal and the reasons behind it was only given much later. In short, if you're a cash cow, ready to be ripped off, go ahead and go to this garage, but if you want professionalism, consideration, and rewards for your loyalty: run away!!!
