Excellent service! Great garage!
After a flat tire on the highway, the tow truck driver responded very quickly and towed my vehicle to the garage.
The team was very friendly and efficient, the tire change was quick, the inspection was carried out, and the prices were reasonable and transparent.

Panne de démarrage !...Batterie HS.
Après 10 minutes leur véhicule de dépannage arrive et redémarre le véhicule à cause d'une batterie HS...
1/4 d'heure après, je me retrouve devant leur garage et 1/2 heure après je repars avec un véhicule fonctionnel !
Très heureux de cette intervention, rapide et efficace !!!

Negative:
- Pinch tire on the curb when I picked up my car. Just by releasing the handbrake, the car rolled forward (did you reverse quickly to park?).
- Grease on the door handles, even though I washed my vehicle the day before so you could work in good conditions. A little more attention to detail in your work is appreciated.
- An advertising sticker was placed on my license plate without my consent, which is contrary to the Consumer Code (Article L121-1 of the Consumer Code / Article 544 of the Civil Code / Article L581-4 of the Environmental Code).
As a reminder, stickers on license plates are prohibited by the Highway Code and punishable by a 4th class fine and a €135 penalty, or even vehicle impoundment (Article R317-8 of the Highway Code).
In short, I'm ready to return for my vehicle, but with better customer service.
