I came in eight months ago with a problem of white smoke and crystals coming from my exhaust.
As a loyal Euromaster customer, I thought they would take my problem seriously.
They returned my car to me, saying everything was fine, without even running a diagnostic check. No service was charged, and there was no record of my visit.
I continued driving, and unfortunately, the problem worsened because the AdBlue injector was faulty. After a while, my car went into warning mode because the AdBlue tank and the entire exhaust system were full of crystals.
I went back to Euromaster, who this time ran a diagnostic check on my vehicle. They told me it was a serious problem and advised me to go to a Citroën dealership.
Which I did. If my problem had been addressed from the start, it wouldn't have reached the point where the entire exhaust system was clogged and needed replacing.
If I had been directed to a Citroën garage at that point, because they lacked the expertise to handle my problem, I would have understood.
From a €350 bill, I'm now facing a €2500 bill. They have absolutely no expertise in mechanical issues.

I needed urgent work done: a CV joint boot and front control arms needed replacing for my vehicle inspection. Unfortunately, I hadn't planned my appointment in advance... A quick and well-executed service. The staff were extremely accommodating, as the tire changes were part of roadside assistance following a puncture. The unscrupulous tow truck driver assigned to our vehicle didn't bother to bring it to Euromaster by 9:00 AM and disregard the insurance company's terms of service. The vehicle arrived at 2:15 PM, and the tires were mounted by 3:00 PM. Thank you so much.

I won't be back! I booked an appointment online the day before for a puncture repair. The reception was icy, the staff came in without even saying "hello," and I was disappointed by the service (exorbitant price, shoddy workmanship). The technician was dishonest, breaking the hubcap on my wheel and overinflating the "repaired" tire (2.9 bar instead of 2.1 bar). In short: completely unprofessional, and the reception and service need serious improvement. I'd like to inform management that training courses exist to improve these practices.
