It's appalling! I have a DS3 affected by the airbag problem. On February 27th, I emailed the registration document and have been waiting for an appointment ever since. I made a second phone call a month later. It's now June 20th and still nothing! Who are they kidding? What am I supposed to do? Write to Citroën headquarters, the press, the prefect... and still wait!

Avoid this garage at all costs. You go there to have your windshield replaced and your vehicle's options stop working. To top it all off, they're incapable of repairing anything.
