A boss who makes it a point of honor to fully satisfy his customers. Honest and serious, it's reassuring to know that this type of person is still around. Even though he and I were "victims" of the mechanics and their mishaps with a vehicle I purchased from them, he was there to find a solution. I repeat myself, but he's surely one of the most honest people I've ever met.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the situation I encountered this Wednesday, August 28th. More than three weeks ago, I contacted you by phone to schedule an appointment, which I confirmed by email along with my registration document. However, when I went to the garage, I was informed that my reservation had not been recorded.
I find this situation very disappointing and unprofessional. I had chosen to have my vehicle repaired by you on my mother's recommendation, and after more than three weeks of waiting, it is unacceptable that everything is not in order. This negligence puts me in a difficult position, as I had planned to go on vacation after my vehicle was repaired, which is now no longer possible due to this error.
Like you, I am someone with professional commitments, and this situation is significantly impacting my schedule.
