Came here after attendin mercedes at bordeaux for a problem with the soft top not opening. After 1hr and a half they came back with an estimate twice the cost of bordeaux. When we arrived for the works 2 weeks later they have had the car for 3 hours and cant seem to have found the problem. Not a very good service we have been so inconvenuenced by mercedes in France and england it has really ruined our holiday. I really wish i stayed with alpha romeo rather than these problems and such a poor service through out.

Best service ever!
On the way home from vacation, my car broke down. It was already closing time when I arrived at the garage. I was traveling with two children. Valerie arranged a hotel and a loaner car for us. The next day, my car was fixed, and we could continue our journey home. A dedicated garage with a heart in the right place!
