No local or fast service whatsoever (I live 1km away). I arrived at 8:30 am, right when they opened, for a (quick) flat tire on my car. I asked for immediate service because I work, but they told me I wouldn't be able to get it done until the afternoon. I can't afford to take a whole day off for a flat tire. The receptionist wouldn't budge, saying they were fully booked. So I continued on my way, stopping by my house to inflate my tire because it was a quick flat. I arrived at the Renault garage in Athis-de-l'Orne where they took my car in immediately, even though they were overwhelmed. They repaired my tire outside in the pouring rain. What's more, I was greeted with a smile and even offered a coffee. The repair took 15 minutes. I already had problems with Profil a few years ago because of their incompetence, and I see that nothing has changed.
I'm not saying see you soon, obviously 😄.

Very satisfied with this garage; I was already a regular customer of the Profil+ network before moving to the area. The appointment process was professional, and they took the time to understand my tire needs (budget, usage). Appointments were readily available, and I appreciated being able to book online. The staff was helpful on-site, and I received advice on the wear of my other two tires.
