I've had my car serviced by them for over 10 years. They did a poor job of fixing the engine cover. It sagged, and a piece of it broke off. They didn't acknowledge their responsibility!!! Just that you can remove the plate; many cars run without it!! Thanks, but I'm thinking of changing garages for my next service, As will my loved ones.

My Peugeot 3008 sat in this garage for four and a half weeks. At the beginning of August, I changed the battery because the vehicle wouldn't start. After changing the battery, an error message appeared: "STOP, braking system faulty." My vehicle was taken to this dealership by a breakdown truck. Every week, I called and was told they were investigating the problem. After three weeks, the dealership agreed to lend me a courtesy vehicle. A week later, I was told that the computer would be sent to a specialized company to investigate the problem (another one, maybe two, week wait). At that point, I asked them not to touch the vehicle again and I went to retrieve it. I managed to get a car trailer and a truck to tow it. The vehicle was loaded, and I was given the key back, but without the key fob that came with it and on which were the keys to my bike rack. The next morning, I called the garage again at 8:30 a.m. to see if they had the key fob with the bike rack keys. They told me no. During my working hours, I called the second garage where my 3008 was located to check if they found anything in the vehicle. They told me they had looked in the doors, the glove compartment, etc., and no, there were no keys to my bike rack. I called back the next morning in Condé, Normandy, and the dealership manager told me he had complete confidence in his staff and that I needed to get the keys remade. For your information, I got my 3008 back after 4 days at the other garage, and they needed to change a fuse and a relay, and my vehicle is working as before. In response to the customer service review below, I called customer service on September 11 at 10:48 a.m., who told me I should email customer service, which I did on September 18 and received no response.

Appalling customer service, I already regret my purchase from you! I bought the vehicle in mid-May 2025, with very good contact with the salesperson (despite some disappointment on the day of collection in early June). Four days after delivery (not even 200 km driven), four warning lights came on on the dashboard, including the engine and workshop lights. I contacted the garage, who asked me to drop it off again (a 90 km round trip). Twenty-two days later, having heard nothing, I contacted the garage again and was told that due to staff shortages, no one had been working on it, and that it wouldn't be ready for at least a week (maybe two) if all went well. In the end, in the first month, the vehicle has already spent five times more time at the garage than at my house, and I still don't have a date to pick it up. I'm therefore forced to cancel appointments, losing time, money, and customers! Like many garages, you're good at selling, but when it comes to after-sales service, there's clearly no one left!
