Despite a few mistakes by this garage and a slight delay in availability after purchasing a used Dacia, the car was finally ready and there were no unpleasant surprises. The salesperson was overwhelmed, but the car was reliable and all the documents were sent. We were satisfied. I'm very disappointed with this garage. They couldn't find the problem with my C3. I had to have it towed elsewhere, so I paid for the towing myself. The tow was scheduled but Mr. Levionnois forgot about it! Not even a word of apology, even though someone had been waiting for my car for two hours... I got the impression he was just messing with me! Unbelievable!

I wanted to trust this mechanic... what a mistake! My car was there for three weeks and NOTHING was done despite several problems. I had to call them more than five times during those three weeks, only to get different answers about what needed fixing, with mechanics disagreeing on the car's condition. The result? They did nothing and didn't even tell me! Such a lack of professionalism is appalling! And to leave a car with problems on the road, especially since when I dropped it off they told me, "I'll take it right away, it's too dangerous." What a great attitude!
