I bought a Renault Captur from Citroën, and after a few problems, I realized they sold me a vehicle with an incompatible battery (for the Start & Go system). They didn't find it shocking at all!
And after 15 months, they haven't offered any help or even any willingness to help. They completely refuse to take responsibility.
And that's not all: the rear axle was locked on the day of delivery, and a 40-amp fuse blew, which they did take care of.
All this before my first vehicle inspection, so I'm expecting some surprises. I definitely don't recommend them.
