Absolutely avoid this place.
Mr. Gracio, the owner, advertises a one-year warranty on the work done on my vehicle.
However, he installs unverified parts salvaged from wrecks on his own initiative.
It turned out that the used parts he sold were more expensive than new ones I would have bought privately.
When problems arose after four months, he didn't even bother to answer the phone and refused to address the issues. The customer was left completely in the lurch. It's outrageous.

Client depuis des années pour nos 2 véhicules. Ce qui s'est passé aujourd'hui est incroyable! D'habitude pour une simple révision mon véhicule est immobilisé pour la demie journée. Aujourd'hui à 17h30 (garage ferme à 18h) toujours pas de nouvelle. Et en voiture avec mon autre véhicule je croise mon véhicule dans un rond-point conduit par un homme brun et barbu (fenêtres ouvertes) . J'appelle la secrétaire qui me dit qu'il est parti faire un essai clim. En réalité ma voiture était dans un autre garage de la ville sans en être informé.

A fairly satisfied customer for several years, but very disappointed by my last visit...
Being ripped off for €18 to test a faulty EuroRepar battery that's still under warranty (and for the second time) when they know full well that they have tons of problems with it is really not businesslike!
Anyway, no big deal, I have a lot of major work to do on my car soon, and it's clear I'll be going elsewhere!!!

This is my last time going there, as I'm very disappointed. I went in to have the ABS unit repaired, which had been diagnosed as faulty during a service (they ran a diagnostic scan, which was charged at that time). I made another appointment for the repair, and they ran another diagnostic scan, with the same results (but charged a second time). They then offered a revised quote of almost €1800 instead of the initial €517, claiming the part was unavailable. So I left without getting it repaired and having paid for the diagnostic scan a second time, a point I couldn't get the person in charge of billing to understand. I was a loyal customer of this garage, even though I don't live nearby, but I won't be going back. This double billing and their sales tactics are outrageous!
