We are truly disappointed with this garage. The staff is arrogant, disrespectful, and clearly racist. Being foreign is no excuse for providing such poor service. What's more, they tried to charge us more than we expected.
I simply asked, out of politeness, if they could be so kind as to wash the car, as we thought we would become their customers—but they lost some good customers.
I spoke to the accounting manager, who repeatedly told me that the only time they wash vehicles is when there are bodywork changes or repairs. And in fact, some of the repairs also involved bodywork! What incompetence, what inconsistency, and above all, a total lack of professional ethics.
Remove such incompetent, arrogant, and miserable people; they tarnish the garage's image.
If I could give it zero stars, I would in a heartbeat.
And let them remember that a place's reputation is spread by word of mouth.

A very bad experience at the Peugeot Renouveau garage. An engine warning light came on in my car, indicating that I needed to see a mechanic for repairs. As a regular customer, having had my last service done there in April, I naturally went to this garage.
To my great surprise, they didn't even bother to diagnose the car. No flexibility whatsoever, no solutions offered. The reception staff were particularly unpleasant: cold responses, a dismissive attitude. The receptionist even told me that she also had a car of her own that had broken down—basically, everyone has their own problems.
I find it unacceptable that customer service should be so unwelcoming, and that they should air their own grievances instead of addressing the customers' issues. This kind of behavior seriously damages Peugeot's image. This garage doesn't deserve to represent a car brand.

A loyal customer for manufacturer servicing, I went to this garage after a warning light appeared on my dashboard and the vehicle's recommendation to take me to the nearest Peugeot garage.
The result: no diagnosis possible, no checks, no recommendations, not even basic advice to determine if I could continue driving safely. I did mention that I have two children, and they're young... Just a "we can't do anything, come back when we have space, we're allowed to take vacations too." I didn't know these kinds of comments were still possible!!!!
Unfortunately, even in 2025, we understand that we're in a garage where we repair if it's scheduled, we take the money, and that's it. Customer service, on the other hand, clearly hasn't found its way there yet.
The most shocking thing is that other Peugeot garages, where I'm not a customer, took the time to listen to me, to guide me, and one of them even agreed to perform a diagnostic, despite an equally busy schedule.
My vehicle will never return to this garage again, and I will share my experience directly with Peugeot customer service. I'd also appreciate an email address so I can copy you if necessary. Need.
The bare minimum in this job is listening, advice, and a minimum of professionalism.
Moving around is nothing to do with it :)

The garage was technically sound, as the work was done very quickly.
I'll add a "but" because the price quoted for the repair by the receptionist (I'm using "receptionist" as a default term since I don't know her exact position) was given to me excluding tax, without specifying that it was tax-free.
I don't find that very honest.
To all future customers, the garage is technically efficient; just be sure to ask for a proper quote when you request changes to the initial estimate.

Working remotely and struggling to plan my vacation time, I needed bodywork repairs and a headlight replaced. I went to this garage where I received a very warm welcome. I left my car the same day and the work was completed within the agreed timeframe (which was adjusted to my new schedule). I commend everyone at this garage (reception, mechanics, bodywork specialists, etc.).
This garage is top-notch. I will definitely be back.
