I bought a new vehicle at the Le Mans branch with three minor defects. I called customer service and they told me I could have the vehicle repaired at any Renault dealership. I went to the one closest to me (STUPID), and HERVE refused to take my vehicle because he said, "I DON'T WANT TO DO IT..."
What a professional, what a salesman.
I'd already had problems with him (service and parts prices), but this time he confirmed my opinion of him.
He's not very friendly, unless you're spending a lot of money with him ☹️.
If you're looking for a vehicle, new or used, or need repairs done, go to Renault in La Ferté-Bernard; they're more welcoming and professional.

Hello, purchased used vehicle.
We received a very warm and professional welcome. Following a problem with the vehicle during the warranty period, the garage handled it without any difficulty. For some who may find this simply normal, I think it's worth mentioning. This service went very well within the established timeframe.
