Had some work done on my VW golf this past summer while I was out of country. (It stayed with him for 2 weeks at the most)
As I left the car with Catinot, I asked him if he would clean and dehumidify the inside for me, he said “yes its included in our services”
Upon my return, I discovered that it was not included in the services and had not been done.
So my car is now moldy and humid.
I must say apart from that, all the other work done aas good, yet slightly expensive.

Catastrophic service! The boss deliberately lied, and when he was confronted with these mistakes he became aggressive! Maybe he was having a bad day, but you still have to remain professional, it's important. In any case, I do not recommend this gentleman's service.

Friday evening, on my way to a dinner with friends, I got stuck at a traffic light 5 minutes from my house and couldn't get going again. I called roadside assistance, and Catinot Garage came to tow my car (no more than a 20-minute wait, which was fantastic, and the tow truck driver was very friendly). This garage took excellent care of my vehicle. They did a diagnostic on Monday, received the last parts on Thursday, and a technician worked on my car Saturday morning so I could pick it up. The owner even helped me get to the garage. Truly excellent. Thank you! Sébastien

Broken down at the Nemours toll booth, Thomas, a repairman from this garage, arrived very quickly! Super efficient, extremely polite and courteous. He even found the words to reassure me and calm my anxieties. The kid is a psychologist and a mechanic!!! Bravo to the HR of this garage for the training and choice of staff. Increasingly rare!

Saturday morning, as we were leaving for vacation, our car broke down... and we were off to a bad start. Fortunately, Thomas arrived and took care of our vehicle, patiently and calmly.
The garage owner was just as calm and patient.
We got our car back a few days later, repaired without any unpleasant surprises or exorbitant prices.
