Very disappointed with this dealership.
Two experiences (one for after-sales service and one for maintenance)... No tools were available for either the after-sales service or the maintenance (they were condescending and refused to acknowledge that the car wash had caused damage (scratches in the bodywork)).
The last one (still pending since May 2025)... Request for a maintenance quote with possible coverage for timing belt replacement before the due date (loss of the documents initially submitted/various follow-ups/...). Eight months have passed and still nothing!!!
I'm adding two stars because Juliette from the Marketing Department responded very quickly to my initial comment.
I hope my next visit will be better!!
