Avoid this garage at all costs!
We dropped off our car, and as we were leaving, they told us everything was OK, no need to pay, and gave us back the keys.
Two days later, we received a customer satisfaction survey, which we naturally answered with a 5/5…
Fifteen days later, they demanded payment of the bill without any apology! They accused us of being bad payers, with no gesture of goodwill. This was despite the fact that we had followed the instructions of their employees, who, according to them, "we must excuse our employee, he's getting old," as told by a manager over the phone. In addition to being dishonest, they discriminate against their employees. No gesture, no apology. And they threatened us by phone without attempting to reach an agreement.
It's your fault that you don't acknowledge. A real shame. We paid because we are honest. And if we had to pay that same day, we would have.
