Professionalism and availability. They were incredibly responsive in reading the diagnostics on my new Duster, whereas Renault Niort, where I bought the vehicle, quoted a minimum wait of 7 weeks.
It's reassuring to find a Dacia dealership that listens. I will entrust its maintenance to this dealership and no longer need to deal with Dacia Niort.

The garage was recommended to me by a friend and nothing to complain about! We rented a truck to go down to Spain - Portugal and it was a pleasure to drive, fully equipped (real navigation screen with Apple Car Play, reversing camera, etc.) simple and smooth driving. The vehicle's consumption is quite reasonable. We had planned 5000kms and we did less so Jessica readjusted the price for us in short, go there with your eyes closed! We will come back for sure 😁

Thursday, July 10th, breakdown on the A83 motorway due to a loss of engine power. Car and caravan towed to Coulonges-sur-l'Autize. We went to a Ford garage, where they ran a diagnostic check and found fault code X (the workshop manager's comment was rather blunt: "The 1.2 TCE Renault engine is rubbish... And what about Ford?"). They then sent us to the Renault garage in the same town, and everything changed. A warm welcome. A quick diagnostic check found the fault: a faulty ignition coil on one cylinder. The part was ordered, and the next day around 10:30 am, everything was done. The coil and all four spark plugs were replaced, and we were on our way again. The garage easily deserves 5 stars for its welcome, the diagnostic check, the repair, and even the coffee. The staff were fantastic.
They even offered us a replacement car. The Renault garages in Niort and Chauray couldn't take us in before August 18th!
