My car was repaired at this garage. The professionalism and service were impeccable – nothing to complain about! The workshop manager was lovely! The repair was completed on time and my car was returned clean. I highly recommend this garage; they do excellent work.

Many thanks to this garage, the technician, and especially to Stephanie, the workshop receptionist. We were passing through the area on vacation with our 2014 UK-registered Citroën C4 Grand Picasso, but the car broke down. Despite the vacation, the garage did their best to schedule the repair, unlike other garages who refused. Stephanie, who speaks fluent English, is friendly, attentive, and professional; she helped us through every aspect of this ordeal. Furthermore, I would like to point out that the repair price is reasonable. We highly recommend this garage.

Hello, thank you to this garage and its staff, from the initial welcome to the workshop. Returning from a motorhome holiday, I broke down in the area on Saturday. On Monday, I went there and was given an appointment for Wednesday, and by Wednesday evening I was back on the road (water pump and timing belt). They did everything they could to get me back on the road as quickly as possible, even though I was just passing through. I should add that the price of the repair was very reasonable. So, very satisfied with this garage!

I agree with some of the very negative reviews. Our experience there in July 2022 was disastrous. It wasn't the quality of the repairs that was the problem, but the deplorable attitude of the workshop manager. Our car arrived damaged (a damaged rim, a torn tire). We were on vacation, 750 km from home. We probably threw our schedule off (well, there were two tires, a rim to replace, and a wheel alignment to check), and we definitely felt it. During the 10 days our car was at the garage, whenever we asked if it would be ready for our departure, this person kept replying "maybe," "I don't know," "it's possible." We were supposed to be kept informed, but we were never called back. We had to come on Friday before our departure and wait at the garage (my partner waited two hours while my children and I returned the rental car 15 km away; we were all on foot, 50 km from the campsite, 750 km from home, leaving the next morning). The tires had been changed; all that remained was the wheel alignment check (20 minutes), which was done at 4:40 PM, with the garage closing at 5:00 PM (and a charge, imposed by the manager, of 1.5 times the cost of the check—why?). This person showed no empathy, no effort to understand; we only found out we could pick up our vehicle at 5:00 PM on Friday. It was this person who was completely unpleasant; otherwise, we have no complaints about the quality of the work, nor about the person at reception who showed that she understood our situation. That's disheartening... it doesn't reflect well on you, Madam Workshop Manager.
