They changed a wheel and a tyre after having collected my car from the highway and taken it to their own garage: three times the price of my garage, and they didn't even adjust the convergence of the wheel, so I have to go back to my garage again. A very bad experience...

If I could have given a zero rating, I would have!
First of all, regarding the telephone reception, it was very cold and very hasty; we were a nuisance!
Then, we asked for a quote, and we were dismayed by the prices... are your parts made of gold? If so, it's debatable... (we try to be ironic about the situation, it's so absurd).
Afterwards, we politely asked for justification for the prices of the parts stated in the quote... they "gently" dismissed us, making us understand that if we weren't happy, then just sort it out, pay us for the quote, the parking, and the diagnostics. Needless to say, we had no choice but to leave our car in this garage; out of spite, it wouldn't start...
Anyway, a very bad experience!

I called Garage Matuive for a breakdown on the highway; they were very efficient. Thanks to Jules, the (new) mechanic who got me out of my ordeal (a punctured fuel line), I was able to go home the same evening after the repair.
Not only efficient, but also very respectful and honest. Thank you again.

The lady on the phone is very unpleasant! Learn to talk to your customers whether it's face to face or on the phone, but on the other hand when it comes to invoicing she becomes friendly. Even for a quote they ask for payment... frankly disappointed with this garage I would never entrust my vehicle to this garage even for X reason a piece of advice to avoid this garage even if it's the closest to you! They don't even know how to retain their customers zero but zero level of professionalism!

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with this garage. First, let's start with the day I had my car towed to their garage. Everything was fine until they asked for my phone number to call me back after the diagnostic. I told them I might not be reachable on my French number and that they should contact me on a Swiss number, and that's when they started to become very unpleasant. So, as agreed, I gave my consent for a DIAGNOSTIC! And not just a diagnostic plus a fault finding! So I ended up paying for a fault finding service that I absolutely did not request from this garage! In the past, all the garages I've used have never done a fault finding service without my consent! Therefore, I strongly advise against going there because in the end, the bill is much more expensive than expected. REALLY AVOID THIS PLACE!! And yet, I'm not usually one to leave reviews.
