They changed a wheel and a tyre after having collected my car from the highway and taken it to their own garage: three times the price of my garage, and they didn't even adjust the convergence of the wheel, so I have to go back to my garage again. A very bad experience...

If I could have given zero stars, I would have! First of all, the phone reception was very cold and abrupt; we were clearly bothering them! Then, we asked for a quote, and we were appalled by the prices... are your parts made of gold? If so, that's debatable... (we're trying to be ironic because it's so absurd). Next, we politely asked for a justification of the prices listed on the quote... we were "politely" brushed off, made to understand that if we weren't happy, well, we'd have to pay for the quote, the parking, and the diagnostic. Needless to say, we had no choice but to leave our car at that garage; out of desperation, it wouldn't start... In short, a very bad experience!

I called Garage Matuive for a breakdown on the highway; they were very efficient. Thanks to Jules, the (new) mechanic who got me out of my ordeal (a punctured fuel line), I was able to go home the same evening after the repair. Not only efficient, but also very respectful and honest. Thank you again.

The woman on the phone was extremely unpleasant! Learn to speak properly with your customers, whether face-to-face or on the phone. However, when it comes to billing, she suddenly becomes friendly. Even for a quote, they ask for payment... frankly, I'm very disappointed with this garage. I would never entrust my vehicle to them, not even for any reason. My advice: avoid this garage, even if it's the closest to your home! They don't even know how to retain their customers; their professionalism is absolutely nonexistent!

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with this garage. First, let's start with the day I had my car towed to their garage. Everything was fine until they asked for my phone number to call me back after the diagnostic. I told them I might not be reachable on my French number and that they should contact me on a Swiss number, and that's when they started to become very unpleasant. So, as agreed, I gave my consent for a DIAGNOSTIC! And not just a diagnostic plus a fault finding! So I ended up paying for a fault finding service that I absolutely did not request from this garage! In the past, all the garages I've used have never done a fault finding service without my consent! Therefore, I strongly advise against going there because in the end, the bill is much more expensive than expected. REALLY AVOID THIS PLACE!! And yet, I'm not usually one to leave reviews.
