I need a breakdown service, and my insurance company has mandated him to come. He calls me while I'm on the phone, and I didn't have time to answer after the second ring; he hung up. I call him back next, but he doesn't pick up. The insurance company calls again, and the same thing happens. After 15 minutes, he answers the insurance company and says he won't come to help me.

I needed roadside assistance last Saturday. Mr. Debenat arrived quickly, was incredibly kind, and even did me a huge favor, as my broken-down vehicle is essential for my work. Thank you again for your kindness. See you soon, and I hope I won't need your help again for an emergency engine breakdown! 😂🙏🏻

I went to the garage to have a grille and bumper replaced after someone backed into my car and damaged it. At reception, they told me it would take a maximum of three weeks. I called, and they told me there would be an opening in June! They were barely polite and made it clear that if I wasn't satisfied, I could go somewhere else! Frankly, this isn't how they're going to get customers...avoid at all costs!

My insurance company's go-to garage. I went there after my insurance took over a claim following a non-at-fault collision, requiring some bodywork. The work was very neat, completed within the agreed timeframe and I borrowed a vehicle within the timeframe. One star less due to the visitor parking being just short of capacity, for my liking.
