I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Nelly for her perseverance and the compassion she showed when taking my vehicle in for major repairs. The repairs on our car, which only has 135,000 kilometers, are taking a very long time, but I think they are serious about their work and didn't incur any expenses without informing us more than a month ago that it was in the garage. We are hoping to get it back next week, and they are understanding about the payment. We want to be satisfied with their work.

We were certainly well received, but they pushed us to replace the entire exhaust system when fitting a clamp would have been sufficient... luckily our usual mechanic was there to help.
