Vehicle immobilized at their place since May 2024! The car was taken by Peugeot assistance. Today, the garage wants to impose storage fees of 15€/day since May! (While I was never informed before), they tell me about engine dismantling fees (also requested by Peugeot assistance) and today, make me believe that they are on vacation so that I do not get my vehicle back before next week. They want to cancel the storage fees if I sell my car for 6500€ (which is worth 16500€) or if I pay for a new engine. Be careful, if an expert comes, you will not be informed and they will make sure that the expert notes that the engine warranty does not apply because of the owner! I think this garage is a thief! Nothing more. Give me back my car!! Your fees are unjustified and illegal.

Hi, I broke down on the A6 motorway at 4 am. The breakdown service from this garage came to pick me up. A very kind, extremely competent, and friendly man came to get me. I left my vehicle broken down for three days, and they gave me a goodwill gesture by waiving the parking fees. The receptionist was extremely kind and friendly. The vehicle was kept safe. I came to pick up my Kangoo this morning; it was ready to be loaded onto the flatbed truck to take it back to Paris. They offered me a technical diagnosis and were very responsive and professional. I highly recommend this garage; it's trustworthy. 👍👍👍
