AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I went in for advice about a noise in my car. They took my car into their workshop for 10 minutes to "look at it" and then told me I owed 80 EUROS! Just to properly tighten my shock absorber. It took 10 minutes and no prior consent! Two men pressuring a woman—shame on them, thieves!

I had to wait 15 months for the parts to supposedly be found, without ever being kept informed during that time. This delay is completely excessive. The service was particularly unpleasant, with a clear lack of consideration for the customer. When returning the vehicle, I felt rushed to sign documents without any clear explanation or proper time for verification. Regarding the repairs, replacement body parts and a new paint job were billed, but the final result is highly questionable: the part appears to have been repaired rather than replaced, and the paintwork is of very poor quality, with numerous swirls and micro-scratches, unworthy of professional work. Between the delays, the poor service, the questionable quality of the repairs, and the lack of transparency, this experience leaves a very bitter taste. I strongly advise against using this service.

I took my vehicle back for bodywork repairs, and the secretary made me sign a paper stating that I hadn't paid anything, and she said, "Here are your keys, your car is outside, that's it..." I thought I was going to see the bodywork manager so he could show me my repaired vehicle so I could see the repairs with him, but no?!?! This procedure with their customers is really very strange!!

The interactions with the mechanics, bodywork, and reception were very productive and professional. When I picked up my car after repairing the front passenger door, I was amazed by the quality of the work and benefited from the assistance offered by a garage employee to boost my battery. I saved time and money on the repair. In short, I have nothing but a good experience.
