Top-notch garage!
I went to their garage because I broke down in the Leclerc parking lot, and they took care of me right away! And since I'm not from the area at all, I had no one to help me.
Thanks to the manager for his assistance, which helped me get to my destination safely.

Jérôme and his entire team are very friendly. Although I'm not a frequent customer, as for practical reasons, my vehicle's routine maintenance is performed right next to my work.
They've already provided emergency repairs despite an overbooked schedule, saving my planned vacation, and they're very understanding. I went back yesterday for a problem with the injector seal(s) on a Peugeot 2L HDI + a 2-way injector return connector that I broke while cleaning after a recent used purchase :(
Once again, excellent listening, advice, and a quick appointment despite a busy summer period.
I was a customer in Auchy-la-Montagne at the time and I knew Jérôme as a teenager who worked with his father. He's a very knowledgeable and passionate person!
I've never been disappointed by their professionalism, friendliness, and honesty. They don't replace more than what needs to be replaced, and diagnoses are quickly, efficiently, and accurately performed.
In short, I recommend them 200%! Even if you're not particularly experienced, you'll be listened to and advised, and your vehicle will be taken care of quickly for excellent value for money.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Garage Bouchard. I had a problem along the way, and Stéphanie went out of her way to find the necessary parts just as I was about to start the Ascension Day holiday. In addition, she and the mechanic offered to take us to the hotel as there were no taxis. The mechanic also offered to work on a public holiday so we could continue the journey. The price charged is quite reasonable. I think they are good, honest professionals and very good people.

A very reliable and honest garage! I recommend them 100%. Stephanie, the receptionist, is very helpful and friendly, and the mechanics are very professional and helpful! I've found my Renault garage :))

Disastrous and discourteous customer service... I was told it wasn't possible just to check my vehicle because they only have two arms, like everyone else, of course! But seeing a VW being repaired by two mechanics in the parking lot, while I have a brand new Renault, is really upsetting. This garage is one to avoid because of its customer service.
