Avoid this garage at all costs; a complaint will be filed with Peugeot France. When requesting service for a vehicle recall campaign, the receptionist refused, claiming the wait was too long and that we didn't have a file with them. Furthermore, regarding a Peugeot warranty claim, the same person refused to repair our vehicle because we hadn't purchased it from them. I quote, "You knew how to buy it elsewhere, you'll know how to get it repaired elsewhere." It's truly disheartening to have services close to home and yet have to travel to another garage. Avoid at all costs.

When I called to schedule an appointment for a recall campaign (the manufacturer estimates the service will take 30 minutes), the receptionist told me they were fully booked until September. I requested an appointment for October, but without explanation (or rather, with a string of words betraying ill will), they also refused. However, when I called two hours later to suggest I needed a service appointment, I was offered one in seven days. There are two possibilities: either the mechanic only performs oil changes, in which case I should find a new one, or the garage doesn't want the paperwork to get paid directly by headquarters (recall services are free for the customer). In any case, you don't deserve the visibility that the Peugeot brand and logo offer. Take responsibility for your choices, become independent if you want to choose your clients and you are only capable of simple oil changes and answering the phone with a simple "hello".

I called for assistance after my car had been towed, and I got someone who was extremely unpleasant. I tried to negotiate because I was genuinely in a difficult situation, but they were inflexible. I understand there are too many vehicles, but to be so rude and closed-minded is unacceptable, and it's not the first time, so I feel I must express my opinion.
