I came by at 11:30 a.m. to get a quote on the purchase of an electric 208.
The salesperson was busy outside, I think with a delivery. The ladies at the desk told me to wait.
After 35 minutes, nothing. The salesperson walked past me once...after 40 minutes, I left.
I think someone could have told me if I had to wait long...just be salesy. I left annoyed, and when the lady said goodbye and have a nice day, I was a little curt, saying I'd buy elsewhere. But I'm really thinking of buying from another dealership where the welcome was nothing like it. But maybe leasing an electric car isn't worth it.

In the space of a week, I called them twice for minor inquiries, and both times they refused to do anything. They were neither helpful nor friendly. I now understand why I don't take my cars there... avoid them at all costs.

Still waiting for my car ordered in January, delivery announced for the end of May during the appointment ("according to the schedule") but scheduled for the end of July in the contract ("we'll put it at the end of July to be on the safe side"), now announced for the end of September at best, with the only goodwill gesture announced: a set of mats 🥳
Add to that the fact that in the meantime I've moved and the garage refuses to issue the registration certificate to my new address and deliver the car near my new home...
Oh, I forgot, since the delivery deadline has now officially passed, I have the right to cancel my order 🤪 and therefore lose the months of waiting (and at the same time my social leasing application...).
Well, since they seem to think I love being made fun of, I'm going to wait, if only to see how many more times this delivery will be postponed. All bets are off!!!

Our car broke down on a Friday while we were driving to a wedding in the south of France. This garage took care of our vehicle and repaired it by the following Wednesday, the date of our return and the date we were due to return the rental car! Perfect!!
Courteous, professional, accommodating, and attentive!!
I highly recommend them.
