Very satisfied with the welcome and the service. The mechanic takes the time to explain things to us and does his best to get the parts quickly. The staff is friendly and was very helpful in moving my car seat. I have trusted them for several years and thank them for the maintenance of my car.

After making an appointment for a diagnostic on my vehicle (€98.25), I immediately made an appointment so they could take care of my vehicle. I waited a month for them to give me a quote, but I didn't get a response from them for a month. I had to go to the garage to get my quote, which took them 5 minutes. Second point: once I received my quote, a man at the reception desk who claimed to be the garage manager told me to take my quote and leave. When I told him that the waiting times were way too long, he threatened to cancel my appointment. The garage is completely unprofessional and not at all reliable. Especially the man at the reception desk. (The so-called manager.) They say they're overwhelmed and don't have time to give quotes. I do not recommend this garage at all. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience with a garage.

Beware of scammers. Avoid. Following repairs made with used parts (by a great body shop: Carrosserie des artistes in Viry, which I also recommend), I had to have my airbag computer reset to turn off the warning lights. After recommending changing the computer (the only thing that turned out to be correct in a sea of ​​lies), he made us wait two months for the part (he had initially announced a one-week delivery time.) Fishy... and it brought us, as if by chance, to a few days before my MOT deadline. Every time I called to find out if the part had been delivered, I was very badly received, as if it were a huge privilege to be able to have my car repaired. Finally, part changed but "it still didn't work", a light remained on. The garage manager (I think that's what it was, but not sure, let's say the guy with old-fashioned glasses) unable (or not decided) to tell us with his suitcase where exactly the problem came from, wants us to change all the belts and pre-tensioners for new parts by insinuating that it was the problem of the used parts (120 EUR a used belt vs, 500 new... so 1000 for the 2). And again, he wasn't sure that would be the origin it would perhaps take him "between 1 hour and three days of labor" "in addition" to "look". He strongly tried to lead me around with pseudo reasons of tension balancing and technical jargon.... in short. I found it suspicious, but he removed the new computer (waited two months but since it 'hadn't solved the problem...) in fact it was to let me prepare myself psychologically for the painful, thinking that I was at the wall and that I would come back. I went to La Balme de Sillingy, another Citroën dealership, where they changed the computer (part ordered and arrived in two days), and THAT'S IT. Warning lights off. Airbags working in the family car, while the other one put us in danger and stressed all this time. No new seat belts to buy, no days of labor billed. Now I definitely suspect him of having disconnected a wire under the seat to keep the warning lights on. And the receptionist secretary is definitely in on the scam. Besides, I ran into her at the Carrefour next door, she was keeping a low profile. A good tip, try used parts for some jobs and another Citroën dealer for the rest.

Pleasant, welcoming, helpful, very competent... if all garages were like this one, it would be a joy for motorists! They performed a miracle for me, identifying several faults, ordering parts and repairing in 3 days in the middle of summer. Too bad it's not possible to give 6 stars out of 5! Thanks again.
