I made an appointment at the Peugeot Central Garage in Cruseilles for a service on my vehicle and to have a rear light bulb replaced. Since my vehicle is covered by Spoticar, I was able to get an appointment quickly.
Upon returning the car, I was informed that the mechanic had accidentally broken the rear light while replacing the bulb. Despite this incident, the garage demonstrated professionalism by immediately ordering the part and replacing it at no extra charge.
Following this rather positive first experience, I recommended this garage to my partner, whose passenger-side window regulator was malfunctioning. He dropped off his vehicle on June 24, 2025, for an urgent repair. The repairs had to be postponed until the next day because the wrong part had been delivered (driver's side instead of passenger's).
When he picked up his vehicle, he noticed significant damage to the driver's side door panel—the opposite side from where the work had been done—as well as scratches on the glove box. Despite immediately reporting the problem to the garage, they struggled to acknowledge their responsibility, even offering dubious explanations ("cat scratches," even though no animal has ever been in the car, or normal wear and tear). They offered no compensation whatsoever. The vehicle was in perfect cosmetic condition when I dropped it off.
Finally, when I tried to reschedule my brake pads and discs (several weeks in advance), I was informed the day before the appointment that the parts hadn't been ordered and that the appointment was canceled—right in the middle of summer. This handling was clearly disappointing.
➡️ While my first experience was satisfactory, subsequent ones were very disappointing: a lack of thoroughness, late communication, and a complete failure to take responsibility for the damage caused.
I find this regrettable and will no longer entrust my vehicle to this garage.

From the appointment booking to the reception, including the inspection of my 3008, which was badly damaged at the rear (wing, tailgate impact, etc.), I am very satisfied.
Recent loaner car, work very well done.

I dropped off my car because of a knocking noise. A month later, and after €1300 in repairs, I picked it up. "Don't make any noise and everything's fine, no repairs needed soon."
Two minutes later, the tire pressure warning light came on and the knocking noise was still there. Another garage diagnosed it as needing a new clutch…
