My car was taken care of quickly, the problem was resolved, the price was reasonable for the service, and all done with a smile... from now on I'll have my car serviced there...

I arrived exactly 10 minutes late to drop off my vehicle: the mechanic told me it was too late and I'd have to make another appointment for another day... Calling the customer to find out where he was was apparently too complicated; they prefer to treat him like a number... To lighten this gentleman's workload, I won't be coming back; I hope that will relieve him :)

I dropped off my vehicle for repairs at this garage, as suggested by my insurance company (Citroën C3). They told me my vehicle would be ready in three days, but I picked it up six days later, even though they only provided a loaner car for two days.
My insurance company confirms that the garage is indeed obligated to provide me with a loaner car for the entire repair period, while respecting the agreed-upon timeframe.
Several customers have complained about the same thing in the comments.
I don't understand why the insurance company keeps sending customers to this garage.

One positive point: my car was cleaned.
I was directed to this garage by my insurance company for bodywork repairs.
After a phone call I made to ensure my vehicle would be in good hands and the work done properly (I drive a Twingo RS and am very meticulous about cars and mechanics), the garage managed to convince me. An appointment was scheduled, and a loaner car was requested for a maximum of two days.
As soon as I dropped off my car, the loaner appeared out of nowhere in a terrible state and without gas... No big deal, it's only for two days!
When I got MY car back, I paid the €280 deductible, and, to my surprise, the bumper had been left behind! It was clearly stated in black and white on the expert's report, which NO ONE even proofread...
Oh well, no big deal, they offered to reschedule...
I called after checking my availability, but it didn't work for them; they preferred the following week (two weeks after the bumper was left out). I asked again for a loaner vehicle.
This morning at 8:00 AM, I arrived, and surprise, NO LOAN VEHICLE was available!!!
I took my car and left, left with a half-repaired car. They left me stranded, but in the meantime, they took the €280!!!
After contacting my insurance company, I received confirmation that they are OBLIGATED to provide me with a loaner vehicle. Their management needs to be reviewed because noting on your schedule or on a piece of paper that a vehicle is reserved for a specific person takes 1 second!
I don't usually share my bad experiences, but this is too much!
Twice I made myself available at 8:00 AM, only to be given a vehicle with no gas and not even sure it would be roadworthy, the repairs only half-done, and then a second time I was left stranded!
I sincerely hope you will make yourself available as soon as possible, complete the initially requested repairs properly, and provide me with a decent loaner vehicle!
