My van's fairing had come loose, so I went to Garage du Haut Médoc. The mechanic took the time to put it back on properly, spending at least 35 minutes on it, and in the end, he didn't even want to charge me! Honestly, total respect, a true professional, honest, and friendly. It's rare to see that these days.

This garage is on my insurance company's list of approved garages, specifically for bodywork. I was very pleasantly satisfied; the welcome was very friendly and accommodating, and the loaner car was very clean. In short, it's a garage I wouldn't hesitate to return to, even if it's not covered by my insurance. (The bodywork repair was impeccable; you can't tell the difference from a brand new vehicle).

Unreliable garage. After five visits, I'm still waiting for my estimate. They replace parts that aren't needed and charge you full price. The problem isn't fixed, there's no follow-up, and they forget about you. Avoid at all costs; do not recommend.
