Just a quick note to say thank you: Breakdown assistance on the N165 after a flat tire forced us to stop in the emergency lane while leaving Brest for Vannes on a Friday evening.
The service was quick. After 7 pm, no garage was open to repair the tire. AAGRALL offered to replace it with an old tire while we got back to Brest, but this would have meant canceling our weekend trip.
Ultimately, since I hadn't driven on a flat, after checking the tire, they opted to have it plugged, which was done at 8 pm for 25 euros.
We were then able to continue our journey to Vannes. Excellent professionalism from this garage in this situation. Their customer service was commendable.

The ignition switch on my vehicle was broken.
Unfortunately, the tow truck driver broke the key in the ignition.
The garage covered the cost of replacing it with a new key. A reputable company that takes responsibility for potential mistakes, which is quite rare these days.
