I absolutely do not recommend this garage. My car was under Spoticar warranty for almost three months... The service was appalling every time I visited. The owner is completely clueless and can never tell us the status of the repair. He has no communication whatsoever with his workshop. Every time I went, the owner would discover my car... I had to repeat the same things over and over... The conversations were surreal. He lied, telling us that the photos had been sent for the warranty claim. Three weeks later, I learned from the owner, who was laughing in our faces, that no, they hadn't sent any photos. That the warranty claim hadn't even been started with Spoticar. In short, I'll stop there; that's quite enough. In any case, an entire family, customers for at least 40 years, will never come back.

I left my car for a day to get a quote. 350 euros, which I accepted. After dropping it off, the amount increased to 700 euros. So I refused the repair. When I went to pick it up, I still had to pay 60 euros for labor for no repairs whatsoever... It's easy to underestimate a quote and charge for labor when a customer refuses the additional costs. Reply to comment: I don't think I have a selective memory; I had to call you five times to get through to you, including two calls first thing in the morning. And to summarize your comment, I should have paid 114 euros for no service because you made a mistake in the estimate. €350 to €700 --> 100% increase. The error wasn't mine, but rather the estimate or the diagnosis, hence my unpleasant surprise at having to pay a bill. Finally, saying that my comment was written in the heat of the moment seeks to discredit my opinion. But that is not the case.

The service was good and the response was quick. They agreed to take my vehicle and look at another problem that had arisen in the meantime. My only disappointment was not being contacted with a quote. While the work was necessary, I would have appreciated being informed before seeing the bill, which had doubled in the meantime. This was especially concerning given that someone had been told it was just a simple seal, which turned out to be much more than that.
