We had to deal with the garage following a non-at-fault accident. The garage was approved by our insurance. Great contact, very professional! The loaner car during the repairs was more than adequate. The repairs were completed within the specified timeframe and were perfect. We even had the interior and exterior of the car cleaned! So, frankly, thank you++++++

A flat tire broke down on the vacation route to Lyon, and the vehicle was returned to this garage. Everything was handled remotely without the slightest difficulty.
The team was available and responsive, exactly what I needed at that moment.

What a pleasure and what luck to stumble upon the Renault garage in Dardilly on July 28, 2025, while returning from our caravan holiday to have a suspicious engine noise diagnosed. We received an excellent welcome from Jean-Baptiste, and the diagnosis was thorough and quick with the help of an experienced mechanic (a faulty water pump; it was too risky to drive again). The repair was carried out quickly the next day, even though the garage was swamped with work due to its annual closure on August 1st.
