A slow leak on a camper van tire... they were the only ones willing to repair it out of six garages we contacted in Dax... including some big chains... well, it was Monday, November 10th, a long weekend...

I was very disappointed with Euromaster Dax that day. I've been going there for three years to have my used tires changed without any problems, and now they're refusing to fit them because the tires are used! A sudden policy change without warning?
I spoke to the manager, but he wouldn't listen: a curt, dismissive response, no possibility of discussion, and he made it very clear that he's the boss. I'll be going elsewhere from now on, which is a shame because I used to be very satisfied. Avoid them if you have used tires.

I got an appointment very quickly (two days instead of a month or two at other garages). I went in to have my brake pads changed, but they noticed the discs also needed replacing. They managed to get the part and did it anyway! I highly recommend them.
