A garage to avoid at all costs. This establishment embodies every negative stereotype about mechanics, including dishonesty. Following a problem with the screen or radio on my 2021 Peugeot 308, I did some research beforehand to avoid an authorized garage. Unfortunately, this type of fault can only be diagnosed using Peugeot's official software, Diagbox. Since this software is almost exclusively owned by Peugeot dealerships, I had no choice but to go to Sofida in Sin-le-Noble (59). The first available appointment for a simple diagnostic was scheduled for a month later, at 10:15 AM. The diagnostic was finally performed at 2:25 PM and finished at 2:27 PM, as indicated on the report. Two minutes of diagnostic work cost €138. Following this diagnostic, I was presented with a quote of €1,052 for screen replacement, even though the vehicle is less than 5 years old, which clearly raises questions about its reliability. Dissatisfied, I asked to speak with the technician to understand why the screen needed replacing and not the NAC (Navigation/Audio/Connectivity) system. Upon reviewing the diagnostic report, I noticed a fault with the NAC was also mentioned, information I immediately relayed to the receptionist. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, I received a second quote. This one no longer mentioned replacing a part, but only carrying out repairs. No clear explanation was given for this change. When I pointed it out, I was told that the receptionist was "just passing on orders." I then requested a copy of the diagnostic report, which had already been billed at €138. I was told that it wasn't possible immediately due to supposedly confidential information from the technician and that the report would be sent later by email. The next day, during another call, I was told that the report was confidential and couldn't be sent. When I finally went to the garage in person, the report was given to me after a 10-15 minute wait. However, it contained no name or personal information about the technician, which makes the previous refusals unjustified. Lack of transparency, inconsistent quotes, contradictory statements, and no consideration for the customer. Profitability seems to take precedence over the obligation to deliver results. I strongly advise against using this garage. Photo #1: Diagnostic invoice Photo #2: Diagnostic report

I'm very happy with my first car purchase; the staff are very attentive and helpful! Plus, I was lucky enough to get my car with a cover and a red ribbon! I highly recommend the garage :) Thank you so much :)

My son booked an oil change for his 2008 petrol car... 68,985 km... bill for €526.42! Previous service dates: 31/03/2025 (54,947 km) and 24/06/2024 (41,256 km) I checked these three invoices and realized that the maintenance schedule wasn't followed. They changed the cabin air filter (already done on 03/2025), the air filter (done on 24/06/2024), and the spark plugs (also changed on 24/06/2024)... totaling €230. And that doesn't include the "air conditioning one-shot" service, which is automatically done for €31. The recommended maintenance schedule is: cabin air filter every 25,000 km or 2 years; air filter every 50,000 km or 4 years; spark plugs every 50,000 km or 4 years... so nothing is being followed! I find this truly outrageous... I would like to point out that the vehicle will be 10 years old in June 2026 and that all services have been carried out at your dealership since the beginning... I have all the invoices available, but you should have this information in your computer system.... In conclusion, there is a lack of professionalism on the part of the person handling the service file.... this person should have noticed that certain maintenance operations were unnecessary.

After a collision with another vehicle, my insurance company referred me to this garage for repairs. It turns out that this was also where I had bought my car four years earlier. After nearly three months of waiting, the appointment finally arrived. I left my car for a week, and when I returned, the work seemed impeccable: no trace of the accident, a truly meticulous finish. However, after a few minutes of driving, I realized that the rearview camera was offset by several degrees, rendering it unusable (a problem that hadn't existed before the repair). After discussing it with the garage, they explained that this was "normal," but they still offered to calibrate it a month later, to no avail. Another month later, the camera was finally replaced, and everything was working properly again. It turned out that the camera mount had been broken when the rear bumper was removed. In summary, the bodywork is very good, but you have to be attentive and insistent to ensure everything is taken into account. If I hadn't said anything, I probably would have been held responsible for the problem, whereas in this case, the garage had to pay for the repairs. Special mention to the workshop manager, very professional and accommodating!
